These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEO Fire Tools Suite ("we", "us", or "our") at seofiretools.com and our related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

SEO Fire Tools Suite provides AI-powered tools that generate and apply search engine optimization content — such as titles, meta descriptions, alt text, keywords, and product descriptions — for ecommerce stores and web pages. Some features connect to third-party platforms such as Shopify to review and apply changes with your approval.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not misuse the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or infringing content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as product images, URLs, and text). You grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate the output you request. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Store connections

When you connect a store, you authorize us to access and modify product-related data as needed to provide the Service. Changes are presented for your review before they are applied where applicable. You are responsible for the changes you choose to apply to your store.

Content safety

SEO content is generated by automated AI systems and is intended to contain only ordinary formatting (headings, paragraphs, lists, and links). As a safeguard, before any content is written to a connected store we run it through an industry-standard allowlist sanitizer that removes active or executable code — including scripts, embedded frames, inline event handlers, and unsafe link schemes (such as javascript: or data: URLs). This is a protective measure and not a guarantee: AI output can be unpredictable, third-party platforms and store themes behave differently, and no filtering process is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before applying it and for the content that ends up published on your store. The Service does not knowingly insert malware, viruses, or malicious code, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for any code, security, or content issue arising from content you choose to apply, your store theme or apps, or third-party systems.

Plans, billing, and usage

Some features are free and others require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Usage limits may apply to free and paid plans. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No ranking guarantee

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. We optimize the on-page signals you control, but we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, or sales outcome.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Clerk, Stripe, OpenAI, and Shopify. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
